The Founding 28 offer

1. The offer
The Founding 28 is a limited, one-time membership offered by us. It is open to 28 participants only. By purchasing a Founding 28 position, you agree to these terms in full.
2. No refunds
All Founding 28 purchases are final. The price is $888 per position. No refunds, partial refunds, credits or chargebacks will be issued, except where required by Australian consumer law. You acknowledge that you are paying for early access and membership benefits, not a finished product or guaranteed outcome.
3. Non-transferable
Your Founding 28 position is personal and non-transferable. It may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, bundled or otherwise passed to another person or business without our prior written consent.
4. What we launch is at our discretion
We retain full discretion over what we build, launch, announce or make available to Founding 28 members and the general public. Membership benefits, timelines, features, events and platforms are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to launch any specific product, platform, event or feature by any date.
5. You accept the risk
You acknowledge that joining the Founding 28 involves risk and uncertainty. You are not purchasing a guaranteed business result, award, outcome, ranking, media placement or commercial benefit. Any examples of past results, recognition, connections or growth are not promises or guarantees of future outcomes.
6. Awards entries
Founding 28 members receive complimentary standard category entries in the RAYE Awards program for its lifetime, subject to eligibility requirements, the standard entry process and independent judging. Complimentary entries do not guarantee finalist status, winner status, publicity or any specific result.
7. Conference ticket
Each Founding 28 position includes one 2-Day RAYE Awards Conference Ticket for the event held on 29 and 30 April 2027. Ticket dates, locations, formats and inclusions are subject to change. The ticket holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Founding 28 after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member's position for breach of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or lost opportunity arising from your participation in the Founding 28, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
